Being a humanitarian is serious business filling us with joy! When we use our mind to openly care with our heart and tarry, which means stick it out until we find the other person's unwanted or unknown need, and then offer what is provided to help that person, we are doing humanitarian work. To offer someone lessons in gardening or fishing, or a skill that will help them feed themselves is much better than giving our dinner to someone. It is called sustainability.
