Child Family Health International (CFHI) recently launched a new dental program taking place in Quito, Ecuador.  This program runs each month of the year and particpants (pre-dental, dental, etc.) can go from 4-8 weeks to learn more about dental care in that area, live with homestay families and take Spanish language classes.  See the online description for more info:
