I recently volunteered at MedShare and found that they are one of the most organized, helpful and needed charities around. They are a great place to volunteer at or donate money/supplies to! They allow the receivers of medical supplies to choose exactly what they need from donated supplies, so as not to create any waste. MedShare bridges the gap between surplus and need through the efficient recovery and redistribution of surplus medical supplies to developing countries.

Last year on one walking trail, in one of 4 counties, 51 men were arrested for drugs and violence. To prevent this I encourage people to use the buddy system and safety tips. The book is a comedy, but I am taking the book seriously in this reading. This is behind 3 cedar trees in my yard. My hiding spot!

Puccini. The song describes a young girl being told to marry a much older man, and she will throw herself off the bridge if her father doesn't let her marry the love of her life. The opera is a comedy, so more likely than not she did marry the young man. Music helps trauma, and it doesn't always have to be religious.

Be hungrier, which really is wonderfully healthier especially for the heart because only then are we losing that terribly bad inside VAT that makes us look a bit pregnant and that causes heart attacks & strokes which kill more than a million Americans (men and women in near equal numbers) annually:
